Return/Refund Policy


FastLegacy Subscribers are automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date (January 31, 2015 subscription renews on February 28, 2015).

FastLegacy may suspend all access to products and Web Hosting Services of the Affiliates subscription if it is unable to renew the subscription based on the Affiliates choice of payment weather of insufficient Rewards/Commission for Auto-Deduct Billing, Credit Card billing failure or failure of Manual Payment.

Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

FastLegacy may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that FastLegacy provides advance notice prior to the expiration of the subscription.


You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.

The only valid method for canceling your Subscription is via the cancellation link provided in your user "Back Office" profile page, accessible after logging in to the FastLegacy website. Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish, cancellation.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will not lose access immediately. Your Subscription will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card or account is charged by Auto Rewards/Commission deduct on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until the May 10th.

Upon account Cancelation/Termination by Subscriber he/she will not be able to re-subscribe for a duration of 90 days to protect the integrity of the system of unethical business practices.


Subscription fees are non-refundable for Web Hosting Service, Digital and Educational Products cannot be returned.


Returns & Refunds

There are no returns for any of the physical or consumable products sold on the FastLegacy website. You may be able to exchange consumable or physical products (apparel, equipment, supplements, accessories, etc., etc.) within 14 days if there is a problem with the size, manufacture or incorrect delivery of product.

During an exchange, after we receive the product we will do an even exchange for the value of the purchased product (with the same product). There are no refunds on any domestic or international shipping cost unless incorrect product was delivered. If products are not available after a purchase is processed, the purchase will be refunded in full.


When you buy a physical product from our website, the purchase is made per a shipment contract. Whether we ship the product directly to you, or it is shipped to you by a third party (e.g. a drop shipper), the risk of loss and title for each product purchased from us passes to you once it has been delivered to the carrier (e.g. U.S. Postal Service, U.P.S., FedEx etc.). We are not responsible for items lost during transit.
